At Fusion condos, all of life’s pleasures come together in one eco-friendly living environment. LeBreton Flats is ideal for walkers and cyclists, with 65 hectares set below the western edge of the escapement on which the Parliament Buildings perch. Within this picturesque green space 40% of the land will be kept green and open, enhanced only with Ottawa's parks, courtyards and walkways.
Lebreton Flats is the first master-planned community in Ottawa to be recognized under the Canadian Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program. As the latest phase of the LeBreton Flats community, Fusion will be LEED® Silver certified and incorporate our most comprehensive array of green initiatives yet.
The complex offers three residential components, perfectly fused together: a 6-storey condominium wing, an 8-storey condominium wing, and a collection of stacked boutique townhomes nestled in between. Fusion is a marvelous collection of home styles, each offering you all the excitement and vibrancy of downtown living.

At Fusion condos, in the spring, admire Ottawa’s tulips and watch the kayakers paddle along the tailrace. In the summer, jog beside the river and around the Canadian War Museum, or take part in the RBC Royal Bank Ottawa Bluesfest or one of the many other outstanding annual events held at LeBreton Flats. In the winter, skate on the Rideau Canal, the world’s largest outdoor skating rink – it’s over 7 km long. In the fall, hop on your 10-speed and head for the hills, with connections to over 170 km of recreational pathways linking every corner of the city, including all its parks and Greenbelt. Where else in the world can you do all of this?
Pimisi Station is at the heart of an extensive redevelopment of Booth Street. The station’s second level will run along a raised Booth Street Bridge that passes overtop of the light rail tracks. The station will play a major role in the long-term revitalization of LeBreton Flats.
